India, Nov. 10 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.54 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.42 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 34.55 per cent at Rs 57.56 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 42.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 47.73 per cent to Rs 46.21 crore from Rs 31.28 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 227.03 per cent at Rs 1.21 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.37 crore).
