India, Aug. 23 -- S P Capital Financing Ltd. on Thursday, 21 August 2025, has announced Final dividend of 5 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Tuesday, 23 September 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 23 September 2025.
The last five dividends are 10% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 04 September 2024), 10% Final dividend (Ex Date : 22 September 2023), 7.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 19 August 2022), 5% Final dividend (Ex Date : 21 September 2021) and 1% Final dividend (Ex Date : NA).
