India, Jan. 12 -- Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Ltd (ROHL), one of India's fastest-growing hospitality chains, has announced the signing of Regenta Place Udaipur, a 43-key property located at Nakoda Nagar in Udaipur.
The hotel will be operated under a hotel management agreement, in line with ROHL's asset-light growth strategy, and will strengthen the group's footprint in Rajasthan, a key leisure and destination wedding market. Designed to cater to leisure travellers as well as social and event-led demand, the property will offer contemporary accommodation along with large banqueting and outdoor event spaces.
