India, Dec. 17 -- Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd (ROHL) has strengthened its presence in Himachal Pradesh with the signing of a new 43-key property, Regenta Place Golden Castle, in Baddi, one of Asia's largest pharmaceutical hubs. The property, located on Baddi–Nalagarh Road (NH-105), will operate under a management agreement, in line with the group's asset-light expansion strategy.
The hotel will feature 43 rooms across multiple categories, along with a multi-cuisine restaurant, rooftop sky bar and lounge, banquet halls, meeting facilities, and a large lawn for social events. Additional amenities include a swimming pool, spa, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
