India, Dec. 23 -- RITES Ltd on Tuesday said it has secured an international order worth Rs 315.7 crore (around Rs 318 crore) for the supply of service diesel-electric locomotives in South Africa, marking a significant milestone in its overseas business.
The development highlights growing international collaboration in railway technology and underscores an important step forward in bilateral rail cooperation.
The company said the order is to be executed within one and a half years, as disclosed in a regulatory filing to the BSE.
