India, April 22 -- Reliance Industries Ltd said in a filing to BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 18, 2019, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 6.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2019.
