India, March 18 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has restored the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Hindon Mercantile Private Limited following orders passed by the Appellate Authority/Courts. The company, located at 3/14 A, First Floor, Vijay Nagar, Double Storey, Northwest, New Delhi, 110009, had its CoR issued on March 11, 2025.
The RBI has advised the company to comply with all applicable provisions of the RBI Act, 1934, along with guidelines and directions issued by the central bank, including fulfilling reporting requirements.
