India, Jan. 2 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has launched its official podcast series titled "RBI Talks: Paisa to Policy", expanding its communication toolkit to enhance public outreach and financial awareness.
In its Monetary Policy Statement dated December 6, 2024, the RBI had announced plans to introduce podcasts to disseminate information of interest to the general public in a more accessible and inclusive manner. The podcast series is aimed at simplifying complex financial concepts and improving financial literacy.
The inaugural episode, titled "Demystifying KYC," focuses on explaining Know Your Customer (KYC) norms in a simple and easy-to-understand format for listeners.
