India, Aug. 14 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificates of Registration (CoR) of 16 Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) under Section 45-IA (6) of the RBI Act, 1934.

The cancellations, carried out between July 7 and July 25, 2025, affect companies based primarily in Maharashtra, along with entities from Gujarat and Kerala.

Among those whose registrations have been revoked are Wadhawan Global Capital Limited, Praptee Savings and Investment (India) Limited, Sharmistha Investments Private Limited, Softfin Investments Private Limited, Tyche Securities Pvt Ltd, Bharat Monetary Services Pvt. Ltd., NCS Finance Private Limited, Geopreneur Fincorp Private Limited, Indo-Euro Investments Company Limited, Investrick Secur...
