India, Dec. 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India has approved the voluntary amalgamation of The Amod Nagric Co-operative Bank Ltd., Amod, Gujarat, with The Bhuj Mercantile Co-operative Bank Ltd., Ahmedabad, Gujarat, under the provisions of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.
The merger will take effect from December 15, 2025, after which all branches of Amod Nagric Co-operative Bank will operate as branches of Bhuj Mercantile Co-operative Bank.
