India, Oct. 30 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.48 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 14.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 15.73 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 24.61 per cent at Rs 190.06 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 152.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 31.14 per cent to Rs 164.08 crore from Rs 125.12 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 300.00 per cent at Rs 1.48 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.37 crore).
