India, Oct. 16 -- Rajesh Power Services has received turnkey orders worth Rs 921.89 crore (including taxes) from Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited (UGVCL). The projects involve conversion of existing 11kV HT overhead networks into underground cable systems and installation of 11kV Medium Voltage Covered Conductors (MVCC) across multiple locations in Gujarat.
The contracts are awarded by a domestic entity and are to be executed over an 18-month period. The orders have been received in the normal course of business, with no interest of promoters or related party transactions involved.
