India, April 18 -- Raj Rayon Industries Limited on Wednesday said in a filing to BSE that the board of directors in the meeting held on April 17, 2019, have considered and approved the appointment of Mayadhar Ravindar Mahakud as Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years.
