India, July 29 -- US-based FMCG giant Procter & Gamble has announced the appointment of India-born Shailesh Jejurikar as its next Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026.
An alumnus of IIM Lucknow, Jejurikar will join the distinguished group of Indian-origin leaders heading major American corporations.
Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer, Jejurikar will succeed Jon Moeller as President and CEO. P&G also stated that its Board has nominated him for election as a Director at the company's annual shareholder meeting in October 2025.
