Prism Johnson AGM to be held on July 31, 2019

India, June 26 -- Prism Johnson Limited said in a filing to BSE that the 27th Annual General Meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2019.

The company said that the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, July 25, 2019 to Tuesday, July 30, 2019 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of 27th Annual General Meeting.

The Company has fixed Wednesday, July 24, 2019 as cut-off date for e-voting on Resolutions to be passed as set out in the notice of the AGM.
