India, Oct. 13 -- Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has launched 620 premium apartments in Ghaziabad, targeting an estimated revenue of Rs 2,200 crore, as part of its ongoing expansion in the Delhi-NCR market.
This launch marks the second phase of the company's 62.5-acre township, "The Prestige City, Indirapuram."
Earlier, in April 2025, the Bengaluru-based developer debuted in the region with two residential projects — Oakwood and Mulberry — comprising 3,421 units and a total sales value of around ?9,000 crore.
