India, April 9 -- Prestige Estates Projects Limited, one of India's top real estate developers, announced the successful launch of multiple residential projects in the fourth quarter of FY25, marking a significant expansion across key cities and catering to diverse segments of homebuyers.
During the quarter, Prestige Group launched four major residential projects across Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad, with a total developable area of 14.03 million square feet. The projects collectively comprise 4,548 units and boast a total Gross Development Value (GDV) of ?161,338 million.
