India, Nov. 14 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.04 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 37.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 49.47 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 16.22 per cent at Rs 125.81 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 150.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.33 per cent to Rs 97.33 crore from Rs 103.91 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 55.31 per cent at Rs 4.84 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 10.83 crore).
