India, April 18 -- Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation Limited on Wednesday said in a filing to BSE that the board of directors in the meeting held, have appointed Giriraj Maheswari and Yazdi P. Dandiwala as Independent Directors of the company with effect from April 17, 2019.
