India, Dec. 31 -- Petronet LNG Limited has informed that it has received a communication dated December 30, 2025, from Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited (GSPC) regarding a change in its nominee director on the company's board.
As per the communication, the nomination of Shri Milind Torawane, IAS (DIN: 03632394), as Director on the board of Petronet LNG has been withdrawn with effect from December 24, 2025, and accordingly, he has ceased to be a director of the company from that date.
Further, GSPC has nominated Ms. Avantika Singh Aulakh, IAS (DIN: 07549438), Managing Director of GSPC, as a Nominee Director (Government of Gujarat/Gujarat Maritime Board) on the board of Petronet LNG in place of Shri Milind Torawane. The company st...
