India, April 18 -- Osiajee Texfab Limited on Wednesday said in a filing to BSE that the board of directors in the meeting held, have appointed Lalit Kumar Sarwar and Tanuraj Adhikari as Chief Executive Officer and Additional Director of the company respectively.
The company further informed that Vikramjit Singh has resigned as Independent Director of the company.
