India, Dec. 10 -- Onix Solar Energy Ltd has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Vikran Engineering Limited for the supply of Non-DCR Topcon 620 Wp solar modules, valued at Rs 148.80 crore (excluding GST).
The LOI covers the design, manufacturing, factory acceptance, and delivery of 193,550 modules for Vikran's projects. The order is domestic in nature and is scheduled to be completed within three months from the date of manufacturing clearance issued by Vikran.
The company confirmed that neither the promoter group has any interest in the order nor does the transaction fall under related party dealings.
