India, Dec. 3 -- Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) and Petronet LNG Ltd (PLL) have signed a 15-year binding term sheet for ethane unloading, storage and handling (USH) services at PLL's upcoming facilities in Dahej, Gujarat. The agreement will commence between October and December 2028 and run for 15 years from the start date.
PLL is developing large-scale ethane infrastructure at Dahej, including a 1,70,000-cubic-meter storage tank and a new, first-of-its-kind third jetty capable of handling ethane, propane and LNG. Under the pact, ONGC will reserve around 600 KTPA capacity at these facilities, with PLL receiving, storing and re-delivering imported ethane to ONGC.
