India, July 8 -- Real estate giant Omaxe Ltd. has announced a significant expansion in Madhya Pradesh with the acquisition of a 450-acre land parcel along the rapidly developing Super Corridor in Indore. The land will be used to develop a modern, integrated township, marking a major milestone in the company's long-term strategy to deepen its presence in India's Tier-II cities.

The upcoming township will be developed in multiple phases with an estimated investment of Rs. 1,200 crore and is expected to generate Rs. 2,500 crore in revenue over the next three years. Omaxe plans to fund the project primarily through internal accruals, in line with its prudent financial discipline.
