India, Jan. 13 -- Omaxe Ltd. has announced an investment of Rs 500 crore to develop Omaxe Chowk, a large mixed-use high-street project in Ludhiana, aimed at transforming the city's organised retail and luxury residential landscape.
Strategically located at Ghumar Mandi—one of Ludhiana's most prominent commercial and wedding-shopping hubs—the project will be developed on a 5.25-acre land parcel secured through a competitive bidding process conducted by the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA). The development is being executed on a leasehold basis as an integrated urban destination combining premium retail, dining, entertainment and luxury residences.
