India, Nov. 19 -- Oil India Ltd (OIL) and TotalEnergies have signed a Technology Service Agreement to enhance collaboration in deepwater and ultra-deepwater exploration across India's offshore sedimentary basins. The agreement was formalised on November 19, 2025, in New Delhi, in the presence of Petroleum & Natural Gas Secretary Pankaj Jain, Additional Secretary Praveen Mal Khanooja, and OIL Chairman and Managing Director Dr. Ranjit Rath.
The pact was signed by Dr. Sangkaran Ratnam, CMD of TotalEnergies Gas & Power Projects India, and Saloma Yomdo, Director (Exploration & Development) at OIL, along with senior officials from both organisations.
