India, Nov. 13 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.61 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 28.13 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 39.21 per cent at Rs 21.32 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 35.07 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 36.75 per cent to Rs 19.14 crore from Rs 30.26 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 200.00 per cent at Rs 1.08 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.36 crore).
