India, April 18 -- New Delhi Television Limited on Wednesday said in a filing to BSE that the board of directors in the meeting held on April 16, 2019, have considered and approved the appointment of Shiv Ram Singh as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company with effect from April 16, 2019.
The company further informed that Shiv Ram Singh has been appointed in place of Hemant Kumar Gupta who has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from April 16, 2019.
