India, Jan. 5 -- New Consolidated Construction Company Limited (NCCCL) has received a Letter of Award from Lodha Developers Limited for the construction of Tower 1 and associated ancillary structures at Lodha Alibaug, a large-format residential township spread over 200+ acres at Mandwa, Alibaug.
The project marks the first residential tower under Phase 1 of the township. NCCCL's scope of work includes reinforced cement concrete (RCC) construction, forming the core structural package of the high-rise development. The mandate was awarded through a competitive bidding process and covers a total built-up area of around 7.26 lakh sq ft, with an estimated contract value of Rs 112.5 crore (excluding GST).
