India, Nov. 19 -- State-owned NBCC (India) Ltd has sold 609 housing units in Greater Noida (West) for Rs 1,070 crore through an e-auction.
In a regulatory filing on Wednesday, the company said the units—spread across its projects Aspire Leisure Valley and Aspire Centurian Park—fetched a total sale value of Rs 1,069.43 crore.
NBCC will earn a marketing fee equivalent to 1% of the sale value. The company did not disclose the buyer's identity.
