India, May 20 -- Nazara Technologies announced on Tuesday that it has acquired Curve Digital Entertainment (CDEL), a UK-based PC and console game publisher, for Rs 247 crore.
The deal, involving a 100% stake in CDEL, was executed through Nazara Technologies UK, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 10 working days, according to a regulatory filing.
With Curve Games now part of its portfolio, Nazara expands its reach across new platforms, gaming genres, and key international markets, including North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe.
