India, Nov. 12 -- Natco Pharma on Wednesday announced the completion of its 35.75% stake acquisition in Adcock Ingram Holdings, one of South Africa's oldest pharmaceutical companies.

As part of the transaction, Adcock Ingram has been delisted from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) effective November 11, 2025, the company said in a statement.

Natco stated that the strategic acquisition, valued at approximately USD 226 million (ZAR 4 billion), marks a significant milestone in its global expansion efforts.
