India, May 28 -- Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekaran will step down from his roles as Chairman and Director of Tata Chemicals, effective May 29, the company announced in a regulatory filing.
In a letter dated May 28, 2025, Chandrasekaran informed the company of his decision to resign from the board. Tata Chemicals' Board of Directors acknowledged and recorded his request during a meeting held on Wednesday, the company said in its statement.
