India, Dec. 15 -- MTAR Technologies Limited has informed the exchanges that it has received an amended purchase order from an existing customer, enhancing the total order value to USD 41.17 million (approximately Rs 370.56 crore).
The company had earlier, on November 12, 2025, disclosed the receipt of orders worth USD 30.88 million (around Rs 271.75 crore). The amended order carries an incremental value of USD 10.29 million (approximately Rs 92.64 crore).
As per the disclosure made in line with the SEBI master circular dated November 11, 2024, the customer's name has not been disclosed due to confidentiality obligations. The execution of the amended order is scheduled for Q2 FY27.
