India, Oct. 31 -- MTAR Technologies Ltd has received export orders worth Rs 27.17 crore (USD 3.09 million) from an existing international customer, the company informed in a regulatory filing under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
The orders are a continuation of regular business engagements with the client, whose identity has not been disclosed due to confidentiality agreements. The contracts are expected to be executed by the third quarter of FY26 (October–December 2025).
MTAR clarified that neither the company's promoters nor group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the order and that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
