India, June 27 -- Mphasis Limited said in a filing to BSE that the ESOP Compensation Committee of the Board, vide its resolution dated June 24, 2019, approved allotment of 19,000 shares, against exercise of the Employee Stock Options under the Employee Stock Options Plan 2016 (ESOP 2016).
