India, July 15 -- Mphasis Ltd has announced that its ESOP Compensation Committee, through a resolution passed on July 14, 2025, has approved the grant of 10,000 stock options to selected employees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 (ESOP 2016). The grant is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.
