India, Jan. 9 -- Mphasis on Tuesday announced the appointment of Mr. Girish Srikrishna Paranjpe as the Chairperson of its Board, effective January 7, 2026. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors through a circular resolution dated January 7, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Mr. Paranjpe, who has been serving as an Independent Director of Mphasis since October 2024, succeeds Ms. Jan Kathleen Hier, whose term as Independent Director and Chairperson concluded on December 10, 2025.
