India, March 27 -- The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has entered into contracts worth approximately Rs 2,500 crore to procure the Nag Missile System (NAMIS) Tracked version of the anti-tank weapon platform and around 5,000 light vehicles for the Armed Forces. The agreements were signed in New Delhi on March 27, 2025, under the Buy (Indian-Indigenously Designed Developed and Manufactured) category, in the presence of Defence Secretary Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh.
