India, Nov. 13 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.77 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 23.55 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 45.77 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.74 per cent at Rs 207.76 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 262.12 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.97 per cent to Rs 176.98 crore from Rs 213.16 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 4.69 per cent at Rs 8.93 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 8.53 crore).
