India, Sept. 30 -- The Ministry of Coal, along with Coal India Limited and other coal PSUs, has outlined extensive targets under Special Campaign 5.0 to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and reinforce citizen-centric governance.
As part of the cleanliness drive, 1,439 sites across coal PSUs have been identified for cleaning, while unserviceable items will be disposed of to generate revenue and free up space.
The Ministry has earmarked four references from Members of Parliament, two IMC (Cabinet) proposals, and nine Parliamentary Assurances for expedited disposal. Additionally, 166 public grievances, 61 PMO references, and several grievance appeals have been prioritised for resolution.
