India, Dec. 1 -- MIC Electronics Ltd has announced that it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Vijayawada Railway Division for deploying an IP-based Integrated Passenger Information System at ANV and YLM railway stations.
The contract, valued at Rs 1,49,88,884.77, covers the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the system. The project will be executed within 12 months from the signing of the agreement.
The order has been awarded through a tender process, not on a nomination basis, and is fully domestic. MIC Electronics confirmed that neither the promoters nor the promoter group have any interest in the awarding entity, and the order does not fall under related-party transactions.
