India, April 22 -- Mercury Trade Links Ltd said in a filing to BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 20/04/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We have to inform you that pursuant to provision of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Board has Appointed Prachi Vijayvargiya (Membership No. A56599) as a Company Secretary who will act as a Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Dhruti Harsh Satia and also appoint Mahesh Toshniwal as a Manager w.e.f 20.04.2019.
