India, Dec. 31 -- Max Estates Ltd has informed that it has received an order under Section 73(9) of the Uttar Pradesh State GST (UPSGST) Act and the Central GST (CGST) Act, 2017, from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, State Tax Department, Noida, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
The order, received on December 30, 2025, pertains to the alleged demand of GST on various matters along with the levy of penalty and applicable interest for the financial year 2021–22. The total tax demand, including penalty, amounts to Rs 2,15,47,966.
