India, April 15 -- Mankind Pharma announced on Monday that its board has approved the formation of a committee to explore potential structures for integrating Bharat Serums and Vaccines (BSV) with the company.
In a regulatory filing, the pharmaceutical firm stated that its board will assess various structural options for the integration.
A detailed plan will be presented to the board for approval in the coming months following thorough consultations by the Structural Integration Committee with financial, legal, tax, and other relevant advisors.
