India, Dec. 3 -- Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure arm of the Mahindra Group, has been chosen as the preferred development partner for a major residential redevelopment project in Matunga, Mumbai. Spread across 1.53 acres and carrying a gross development value (GDV) of approximately Rs 1,010 crore, the project further strengthens the company's presence in the Mumbai micro market.
