India, Nov. 17 -- Loyal Equipments Ltd has announced that it has received a purchase order from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Mathura Refinery, for the supply of Air Fin Cooler Assembly.
The order, placed by a domestic entity, is valued at Rs 7.61 crore (including GST) and is scheduled to be executed within eight months, the company said in a regulatory filing.
Loyal Equipments confirmed that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in IOCL, and the contract does not fall under related-party transactions.
This new order further strengthens the company's portfolio in supplying specialised equipment to major domestic refiners.
