India, April 16 -- LEEL Electricals Limited on Monday informed Bombay Stock Exchange that Mukat Behari Sharma has resigned as whole-time director and CFO of the company with effect from April 12, 2019.
The company further informed that Ajay Dogra and Deepti Sahai have also resigned as non-executive independent directors of the company with effect from April 13, 2019 and April 14, 2019 respectively.
The shares of LEEL Electricals were trading at Rs. 19.50 apiece, high at 0.60 points or 3.17 per cent at 09:52 hours on the BSE.
