India, Aug. 15 -- Krishanveer Forge Ltd. on Monday, 19 May 2025, has announced Final dividend of 25 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 12 September 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 12 September 2025.
The last five dividends are 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 06 September 2024), 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : 02 August 2013), 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : 03 August 2012), 10% Final dividend (Ex Date : 12 September 2011) and 10% Final dividend (Ex Date : 15 July 2010).
