India, Nov. 17 -- KPI Green Energy announced on Monday that it has signed contract agreements with state-owned SJVN Ltd for a Rs 696.50-crore order to develop a 200 MW (AC) solar power project at the GIPCL Renewable Energy Park in Khavda, Gujarat.

The company said the deal marks a significant boost to its growing portfolio of large-scale renewable energy projects, strengthening its presence in the utility-scale solar segment.

Under the agreement, KPI Green will undertake engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and operations & maintenance (O&M) for the project, which is part of SJVN's broader clean energy expansion plans.
